About Yellow Dot
Yellow Dot is a local, small automotive reconditioning business specializing in windshield and long crack repair up to 14", operated by Steve Harmon, known to many as "the windshield repair guy at Vancouver Mall".
Windshield repair is an opportunity I stumbled into because I too was a customer needing repairs. In April 2003, I began my entrepreneurial venture utilizing 15 years of customer service experience in the grocery and retail fields. I wanted to control my work environment and offer a service that helped others.

In February 2018, I chose to relocate Yellow Dot Windshield Repair from the Vancouver Mall parking lot to a new location in central Vancouver, knowing that the mall had plans to develop more of the area. The new location allows more availability to customers for repairs to be performed without dependence on the weather or daylight, receiving many positive reviews from customers. The indoor space also allows me to offer additional services of rain repellent applications and headlight restoration.
