A Personal Start with a Purpose

Like many drivers, I first discovered windshield repair because I was a customer in need of Windshield Crack Repair. Back in April 2003, after 15 years of working in customer service roles in the grocery and retail industries, I made the leap into entrepreneurship. I wanted more control over my work, a better way to serve my community, and the chance to build something meaningful—one repair at a time.

From the Vancouver Mall to Central Vancouver

For many years, Yellow Dot operated out of the Vancouver Mall parking lot, where I became a familiar face to countless drivers. In February 2018, I made the move to a permanent indoor location in central Vancouver, offering customers a more flexible and weather-proof experience.

This new shop allows me to work regardless of rain or daylight, provide faster service, and expand my offerings. In addition to rock chip repair and long crack repair, I now offer headlight restoration and rain repellent windshield treatments.
