As we all know, in the moment of hearing a rock hit the windshield and an immediate crack it is pure devastation. Yellow dot made this experience so much more manageable than I could’ve imagined. I called around asking many companies if they could assist with helping me repair a rock chip with a crack and I was told no I would have to replace the entire windshield. I was devastated. The truck is a 2024 Toyota tundra and for those that don’t know it is about $1700 to replace the windshield. Something that I could not afford at this time. As I was going down the list of windshield repairs I came across yellow dot and made the phone call. Steve at this time he was just about to close down shop and head home. Instead, he said bring it on in and I’ll get you taken care of. Steve has great customer service and was able to get me in and out today on a Saturday. I am so thankful! Great customer service!
